COSMIC HEART AWARENESS - TIMELINE REGRESSION MEDITATION
This Five-Part meditation is designed to Awaken your connection to the Planetary and Elemental forces of creation while invoking your Inner Magi to elevate your narrative to a story of compassion, acceptance and empowerment that allows you to dissolve chains of oppression for your soul to emerge in its full essence.
Step I: Source Gaia’s Eternal Springs of Life
Seated in full lotus, outdoors, embracing the welcoming sensation of the elemental forces, with your root, Muladhara chakra, rested upon the Earth. Focus on the opening of the red petals of your root chakra as you allow a vortex to extend to the core of the Earth. Feel your weight sink from your heart, Anahata chakra, tilting your lower back for proper spinal extension.
Envision your sushumna channel, which runs along your spine, as an ever-extending crystal of brilliant white awareness, drilling into the layers of Gaia, through the many inner worlds of rock and etheric streams of life. Allow your sense of connection to great mystery empower your imagination as you melt into the magna of creation and unite with the power of Mother Gaia’s life force.
As you merge with the potential of creation, sense the fluid charge of Mother Nature rapturing with electricity through every cell of your body, as it collects in a pool of effervescent green Life Force within your Anahata chakra. As your Heart chakra petals open, you sense the Rainforest birthed anew within you as the mist of life flows down and into your Manipura, Solar Plexus chakra and Swadisthana, Sacral chakra, awakening your mystical will to create with wonder, certainty and devotion.
Allow all stress, tension and pressure to be released from your face, and temples, as you exhale all the frustrations through a long steam of blue light through your Vishuddha. Feel your vocal cords freed of all vibrations of disempowerment, as the freshness of a new existence harmonizes your vocal cords with your divine expression. Use the seed mantra, HAM, to fully integrate this revelation. Your HAM should shift octaves from low to high vibration, to finalize your Higher Self attunement.
The energy of life rises to your third eye, Ajna chakra, passing through your crystalline star pyramid, to the front of your forehead and collects at your crown, Sarashara chakra. Feel the crackling of energy, of nerve connections reorganizing, as the violet petals of your crown open and rotate, surrounded by a moat of rainbow streams of light.
Slowly a trickle of Amrita, the golden nectar of immortality, creation and wisdom, is released from the center of the crown lotus, pouring down the back of your skull, filling your spinal cord, and flushing all residue of pain, sorrow, grief and disdain through your extended crystal vortex into the core of Mother Gaia’s heart to be alchemized into Mother Nature’s soul medicine.
Step II: Invoke the Inner Magi
As the radiance of your heart expands, sense a rainbow of light pouring forth. Piercing through the stream into the center of your heart, you see yourself sitting upon a golden throne infused with pure cosmic creation, and a tall golden scepter in your left hand.
Sense your power, your regalness, your mastery of the universal forces of love, forgiveness, compassion and endless expansion. As you settle into your sense of Higher Self, you realize that this throne is within the center of the Sun. As you breathe in the vast emptiness of the Sun’s core, you feel each ray of love touching upon every planet, nourished by the radiant vibration of life.
You feel your connection to the planetary system within your toes, fingers, soles and palms. Your awareness connects this energy with every organ system and all of your senses. A soft rose light emanates from your heart as a rainbow stream of crystalline energy pours through your crown, encircling every chakra in the pattern of your Ida and Pingala channels. As you embody the sense of unity with your cosmic being, you are overwhelmed with peace, gratitude and compassion for the cosmic journey of every sentient being.
A golden thread extends from your Solar Plexus, into the core of each and every planet. Exhale a deep AUM in recognition of your embodiment of the Universal Power of Love. As you inhale, you pull this thread of pearls into your star vessel, overlaying each chakra. You feel the Celestial Heavens welcoming you home. The golden thread, connecting each pearl, spirals along your Sushumna channel, deep into the Heart of Gaia and extends to your Star Origins.
You feel a deep sense of peace and emptiness within the farthest depths of your soul as the vastness of dark space envelops you. As you surrender to the still emptiness of peace within, a slow burst of starlight reanimates each and every pearl along your chain of chakra points. Each planet begins pulsating with life, stronger and stronger, delivering into greater alignment, trust, acceptance and surrender.

Step III: Loving Awareness Timeline Regression
With this new sense of self renewal and recognition, place your awareness into your root chakra, and bring yourself back into your mother’s womb. Allow your mind to empty of all biases, as you recall the sense of richness for life, for rebirth.
While still in your root chakra, bring yourself to each memory, as they arise, from birth till now, where you felt disempowered, weak, betrayed, abandoned and disconnected from source. Oscillating between your root to heart chakra, unify the energies into one all-encompassing light. As you visit each memory, surround your past self with the warmth of compassion, forgiveness and understanding. Expand this radiance to all those you may have blamed or held accountable, as your story transforms, revealing a new light of wisdom and forgiveness to the cellular memories of your pain.
Revisit each memory with deeper compassion, imagining your perpetrators coming into inner alignment, sense and release their guilt, release their shame, release their burden upon you and extend your love out into the vast abyss of the darkness of the universe. Imagine a vast pool of warm rose light emanating out into the depths of emptiness, lighting up every soul connected to your pain. Feel that light returned back to you, pouring through your crown chakra, releasing any tension or stress, clearing any triggers from your nervous system.
Welcome a deep sense of appreciation and gratitude for your new state of safety and empowerment. Envision of sword charge with gratitude and compassion piercing into the depths of your heart, and blue electric liquid clearing every dark web of deceit and betrayal, of hurt and sadness. Feel these cords and attachments being cleared with a profound love for your ability to forgive. Sense a rush of air moving through your body as these toxic entanglements are dissolved into plasmic energy that renews all of your nervous system connections.
Step IV: Dissolution of Spiritual Chains
Place your palms upright upon your knees, feel the chains upon your wrists, forearms, ankles, calves and neck being dissolved by your conscious awareness. Allow yourself to become aware of situations where you have held back from your dreams, where you have lowered yourself to a false authority or subdued your voice.
Out loud, proclaim, “I dissolve all self-sabotaging soul contracts as I end the cycle of false dominion. I release all those I have held accountable as I reclaim my power.”
Feel your sacred energy returning as you allow any residue of psychic enslavement energy to move through your body and into Mother Gaia’s core for transmutation. With ultimate loving awareness of self, allow the gratitude and appreciation for the journey ahead to consciously dissolve the continuation of any lower frequency narratives. Exhale a deep “HAM,” again moving for a low to high octave.
Release all frustrations and anxieties, all worries, as you surrender to the flow of your inner power, flowing from your chakra tower through all of your extremities.
Step V: Expansion of Etheric Body
Focusing on your renewed sense of liberation and expansion. Receive the flow openly allowing a new layer of self-empowerment to unfold.
Take five deep breaths to sense your divine magnetism unfolding from the surface of your skin, reconnecting with the planetary elementals. See yourself as a Servant of Mother Earth and a leader of souls. Feel your new connection to an abundance of cosmic resources restored.
Allow all doubt, uncertainty and uneasiness to dissipate as you bring your awareness to the stream of light flowing continuously through your spine into the center of the Gaia.
Promise your Higher Self to embody and embrace your electrified, connected self, with growing awareness of every vibration of thought, sound and sentience. Ground yourself to the awareness of your expanding inner Universe.
